Do I need a gym membership?

A gym membership is ideal, but not required. Many clients work from a well-equipped home setup. During your intake, we’ll design your training around the equipment, time, and environment you have available.

Is there a strict meal plan?

No. Instead of rigid meal plans, we build a flexible nutrition framework that teaches you how to eat for your goals using foods you actually enjoy. You’ll receive structure and clear guidelines without feeling boxed in.

How much time do I need each week?
